We are looking for a Talent Acquisition-Team Lead to oversee our recruitment efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, a proven ability to lead a team, and a passion for finding the right talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
• Should have experience in Sourcing, Screening, Validating, Training team and Onboarding the candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• At least 2 years experience in Leading a team
• Should handle 6 members of team.
• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and tools, including social media and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
