YSRCP alleges political vendetta behind raids at MLC Chandrasekhar Reddy’s educational institutions
According to MLC Appi Reddy, officials carried out inspections at six educational institutions run by Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy in Nellore district from Saturday evening (June 20, 2026) until late at night. The inspections and raids conducted at educational institutions managed by YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MLC Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy were politically motivated and aimed at silencing criticism of the State government, fellow MLC Lella Appi Reddy alleged on Sunday (June 21, 2026) Addressing a press conference at the YSRCP central office in Tadepalli, Mr. Appi Reddy claimed that Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy had been specifically targeted for questioning the government on several issues, including alleged irregularities in the DSC teacher recruitment process, concerns raised by government employees, and allegations related to the supply of ghee to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
